I led narrative strategy and wrote all copy for the third edition of The St. Regis Bloody Mary cocktail book, spanning 46 property-specific recipes anchored in key ingredients indigenous to their respective locales. Studies of glassware, locally influenced artworks, and signature rituals rounded out the inspirational worldwide survey.
Invented by barman Fernand Petiot at The St. Regis New York’s storied King Cole Bar in 1934, the Bloody Mary is synonymous with the luxury hotel — and each hotel and resort in the St. Regis portfolio has crafted its own interpretation of the cocktail.
